How to start the process of selling your items with us :

Send us a picture:  From a picture, we are able to get a sense of the style and condition.  You can e-mail your pictures to info@moneyforclutter.com Or you can contact us for a free home visit or an on-site evaluation. 

Condition: Evaluating your furniture on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, we look for items that are in between a 7 and a 10. 

Style:  We welcome quality items that appeal to today's buyer.  Furniture styles that remain popular in the marketplace sell the fastest and for the most money.

Pricing:

Our pricing formula consists of condition, style, original sale price and in some cases, what the piece could be purchased new for in the current market.  Any historical information that you have on the piece is also helpful.  We also factor in our experience and how similar pieces have sold in the past.

Selling Your Furniture:

 We photograph your items, post them to our website and professionally merchandise your furniture.  Our sales   team will work hard for you to sell your furniture!

Please note that if for some reason your furniture does not sell there is no fee to be paid. We work on a commission basis only if and when the item is sold.
